Although Factorcloud is a heavily functional product with extensive datasets, we encountered several challenges. Balancing this functionality with a clean design approach while ensuring a seamless user experience was key. Integrating new features without disrupting existing workflows was a complex task, and anticipating future implementations from a UX standpoint.

We wanted Factorcloud 2.0 to not only have proper functionality but also be aesthetically pleasing, so we focused on designing a digital experience with a minimalist monochromatic design, reducing visual clutter while highlighting essential elements and enhancing the overall visual design.

Factorcloud design process followed the design thinking methodology, starting with empathizing with users to understand their needs and pain points in the existing system. The team then defined the core problems that needed to be addressed in Factorcloud 2.0. Moving forward, they ideated and prototyped new design solutions, experimenting with different layouts, styles, and features. These prototypes were reviewed and tested with users to ensure they met the desired functionality and usability standards. After iterating on feedback, the final designs were implemented.
